Starting out from a back yard BBQ, to a successful restaurant in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, Redhill BBQ is what southern CA had been looking for to offer that break from commercial fast foods to Southern down Home cooking. Our family recipes of mouth watering pork ribs that are slowly smoked to the bone, homemade potato salad, coleslaw, grandmothers collards greens, black-eyed peas, and red beans & rice are a few of our customers favorites.
